Negotiate a gaming compact with the Seneca Nation that is fair to all people of Western New York.
Tell Governor Hochul the time is now to negotiate fair Compact terms and treat Seneca and all Western New York People with fairness and respect.

NEW YORK STATE EXPLOITATION OF SENECA COMPACT
The current compact has exploited the Seneca Nation in violation of federal law.
It has drained 75% of the mandated revenue sharing payments generated at WNY Seneca Nation Casinos to supplement statewide spending.
Governor Hochul has attacked the Seneca Nation in the past to extort revenue sharing money.
She has since refused to offer the Seneca’s fair compact terms, and as a result is risking thousands of Western New York jobs, and future local share payments.
